ADL Construction – Disclaimer

For all intents and purposes hereinafter, the term “Platform” shall refer to the ADL Construction mobile applications (Client and Staff), the ADL Admin Web Portal, and any associated digital services, but shall not include any third-party websites or external services not owned or controlled by ADL Construction (“Company”).

All content, materials, data, media, layouts, designs, images, photographs, documents, reports, logs, drawings, specifications, progress updates, graphics, trademarks, interfaces, and software available on the Platform are the exclusive property of ADL Construction and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or otherwise used in any manner without the express, prior, written consent of ADL Construction.

Accuracy of Information

All information, visual content, project updates, construction progress logs, and documentation made available on the Platform are illustrative, indicative, and provided for general informational purposes only.

While ADL Construction makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and timeliness, the Company does not guarantee:

• the completeness, correctness, reliability, or suitability of the information,
• the continuous availability or performance of the Platform, or
• the accuracy of project timelines, images, renders, drawings, or specifications displayed.

Construction progress, timelines, and project-related media may vary based on on-ground conditions, approvals, and operational factors. Users are advised not to treat digital representations as final or binding.

No Liability

ADL Construction shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or consequence of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, arising from:

• use of, or reliance on, the Platform or its contents,
• inability to access or use the Platform,
• delays, inaccuracies, or omissions in project data or updates,
• any unauthorised access to user accounts,
• any technical issues, outages, or interruptions,
• interpretation of project logs, images, or updates displayed.

Use of the Platform is at the sole discretion and risk of the user.

No Warranty

ADL Construction expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• warranties of merchantability,
• fitness for a particular purpose,
• non-infringement,
• accuracy or completeness of information,
• uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

All content, visuals, drawings, renders, and project specifications are subject to change based on approvals, design revisions, site conditions, and administrative decisions.

Modification Rights

ADL Construction reserves the right, without any obligation, to:

• update, modify, revise, or remove content at any time,
• alter or discontinue features of the Platform,
• correct errors or omissions,
• update project data, logs, drawings, and specifications as required.

All project drawings, renders, models, visuals, or representations displayed on the Platform are artist impressions or indicative illustrations and should not be construed as final deliverables.

Third-Party Links and Services

If the Platform contains links to third-party websites or integration with external systems, such links are provided solely for user convenience. ADL Construction does not endorse, control, or guarantee any third-party content and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from their use.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials,
• ensuring their device security,
• interpreting project updates appropriately,
• verifying critical information directly with ADL representatives when required.
