- Client Users: Individuals accessing project information, daily logs, images, documents, chat, invoices, and progress updates through the ADL Client App.
- Staff Users: Individuals responsible for uploading project updates, attendance logs, images, documents, materials usage, and communication through the Staff App.
- Admin Users: Authorized ADL personnel who access operational features through the Admin Web Portal or Admin Mobile App.
This Policy governs data collected through all digital interfaces and does not apply to offline data collection methods.

We collect personal data through various mechanisms, including user input, communication channels, third-party integrations, and operational processes.
- Direct User Input: Account creation, login, project assignment, daily logs, attendance, uploads, chat messages, and forms.

ADL maintains DPDP Act compliance through audits, training, breach reporting, and designated Data Fiduciary and Processor roles.

In the event of a breach, ADL will notify the Data Protection Board of India (DPBI) within 72 hours (where applicable) and inform affected users of the breach nature, risks, and remediation.
14. Children’s Data
ADL complies with COPPA and DPDP standards for users under 13. Parental consent and age verification are required. No unnecessary child data is collected.
