ADL Construction – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the official digital platforms of ADL Construction. These platforms include the ADL Client Mobile App, ADL Staff Mobile App, and the ADL Admin Web Portal (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by ADL Construction (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing or using the Platform and the information, resources, services, and tools we provide (collectively, “Resources”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions (“User Agreement”), along with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to amend or update this User Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Platform Access and Viewing Requirements

The Platform is optimized for modern mobile devices and browsers. Performance may vary depending on device type, operating system, internet connection, and screen resolution. Users are responsible for ensuring that their devices meet the necessary technical requirements to operate the Platform effectively.

2. Responsible Use and Conduct

By accessing the Platform and using the Resources, you agree to use the Platform responsibly and lawfully. You must:

• Use Resources only for intended purposes under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and updated information when registering or logging in
• Maintain confidentiality of your credentials
• Access only through authorized interfaces provided by ADL

Do not engage in activities that:

• Disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the Platform or its networks
• Bypass security restrictions or system controls
• Copy, resell, or redistribute Platform content
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content

Users are solely responsible for any consequences or damages resulting from unauthorized or prohibited use.

3. Communication and User-Generated Content

The Platform includes communication features such as direct chat, project notes, and document uploads. Users must not upload or distribute content that is:

• Unlawful, abusive, or deceptive
• Advertorial or spam
• Infringing any intellectual property rights
• Impersonating others or violating privacy

ADL reserves the right to remove any content violating these Terms. By submitting non-registration content, users grant ADL a perpetual, royalty-free license to store, modify, and display it for operational use.

4. Privacy

User data handling is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this User Agreement. Users are advised to review it carefully.

5. Limitation of Warranties

The Platform and all Resources are provided “as is” and “as available.” ADL does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation or the accuracy of all data. Use of the Platform is at your sole risk, and downloading content is done at your discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADL Construction is not liable for any:

• Direct or indirect damages
• Loss of data or interruptions
• Business or financial losses
• Issues from user negligence, misuse, or unauthorized account access

Any claim is limited to the amount paid (if any) for accessing the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, data, logos, software, and branding within the Platform are the intellectual property of ADL Construction. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited without written consent.

8. Termination of Use

ADL may suspend or terminate access without notice if a user violates this Agreement, engages in illegal activity, or compromises system integrity. Upon termination, access is revoked and related data may be deleted.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in courts within India.

10. No Guarantees

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, ADL disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
